Tiendo is frontline training software: it turns the way you already explain a job into instructions your team can actually follow. You describe the routine out loud, in whatever language you think in. Tiendo structures it, translates it into the languages your crew reads, and delivers it by QR code — with a record of who has read and understood it.
We built it for small operators. Restaurants, cleaning companies, car washes, repair shops. Places where the crew changes constantly, the owner is the training department, and how the job gets done lives in someone's head or on a laminated sheet nobody reads. Enterprise training platforms assume there is an HR team and a budget for a rollout. Tiendo assumes there isn't.
We didn't come to this from a boardroom. We came to it from the question: how does an instruction actually reach the person doing the work, when that person is on a floor, in a rush, and reads a different language than the one it was written in? We spent a long time on that question — with operators, with the research, with the people who train new hires every month and are tired of it. Tiendo is the answer we wanted to exist.
Two things Tiendo deliberately does not do. It does not try to run your business — no scheduling, no payroll, no HR suite, no compliance dashboards. And it does not certify anything. It delivers instruction and documents that it was delivered and acknowledged. What the rules require of your business is still your call, and we will never pretend otherwise.
Your content is yours. We host it so the product works. We don't read it, sell it, or train anything on it.
