Why the second card matters more than the first
Most bilingual phrase lists are written for the manager. The crew card is the one that changes the shift: it gives someone the English to say "this is broken" or "I don't understand" without waiting for a translator. People stay quiet when they don't have the words, and quiet is where mistakes happen.

Which Spanish is this?
US workplace Spanish — the Mexican- and Central-American-influenced vocabulary most US crews use. Rines, cámara fría, tapetes, not the Peninsular equivalents.
I don't speak any Spanish. Will this work?
It works because it's short. Point at the line, say it as best you can, and the meaning lands. Most crews appreciate the effort more than the accent.
Why two cards?
Because communication goes both ways. The second card gives your crew the English for the things they need to tell you — 'we're out of gloves', 'the machine is making a noise' — so they don't have to wait until someone bilingual walks past.
Can I get the actual routines in Spanish too?
