How do I train temporary warehouse workers quickly?

Record your site's procedures once — lifting, racking limits, dock, chemicals — and give every temp the same set on their phone in the language they read, posted at the relevant station.

Does Tiendo replace forklift certification?

No. Forklift operation requires formal training and evaluation, which is a separate certification. Tiendo covers site-specific procedures around it.

Do warehouse safety instructions need to be in Spanish?

Training on hazards is expected to be understandable to the worker. If your floor reads Spanish, safety instruction needs to reach them in Spanish.

Can I post instructions at the racking?

Yes — a QR code at any location opens the routine for that spot, in the reader's language.
