Closing the account and taking your data

Export first.

Plan & billing → "Export everything": every routine, translation, media link, new-hire plan and receipt, as one file.

Closing.

Plan & billing → "Close the account". Any subscription stops immediately. Staff links and station codes stop working. Your data is kept for 30 days so you can still export it, then it is deleted.

Reopening.

Any time within those 30 days, "Reopen the account" brings everything back as it was.
