Editing a routine, versions and re-confirming

Editing.

"Edit" on the routine page. Change any text, save.

Versions.

Every saved text change makes a new version, shown next to the title. Translations are then marked as behind until they are redone.

Re-confirming.

Staff who confirmed the old version are asked to confirm again the next time they open it. Their earlier confirmation stays in Receipts, marked as an older version. If the change is safety-critical, tell them in person — the app does not send anything.

Deleting.

"Delete" in the library. The routine's codes and links stop opening. Receipts already logged stay.
