New hires: plans, links and the trainer link

Adding a hire.

Name and the language they read best. Then assign routines to phases: Day 1, Week 1, Week 2, Later. Phases are groups, not a schedule — nothing is sent automatically.

Their link.

"Copy <name>'s link". Send it however you already message your crew — text, WhatsApp. They open it, everything is in their language, they read each routine and confirm it with their name. No account, nothing to install.

The trainer link.

"Copy trainer link". Same routines, same order, for whoever shows them the job. The trainer ticks each routine done together. Show it, do it together, then let them do it while you watch.

"Not yet in <language>."

One of the assigned routines has no translation in that language yet. Open the routine, add the language.

Removing a hire.

"Remove" on their page. Their links stop opening. Their receipts stay.
