Using Tiendo on your phone

Sign in on the phone.

Account menu → "Open on your phone" → point the phone camera at the code. It signs you in there and opens the recorder. The code works once and for one hour; reload for a fresh one.

Add it to the home screen.

iPhone: the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen". Android: the browser menu, then "Add to Home screen" or "Install app". One tap next time, no app store.

Your crew never needs any of this.

They scan a code or open a link. No account, no install.
