Receipts: who confirmed what

What is logged.

Every time someone taps "I have read and understood": their name, the language they read it in, the time, the routine and its version. From a station code, a staff view or a new-hire link.

What it is.

A record that the instruction was delivered in the worker's language and acknowledged. It is not a certification of competency and does not guarantee any regulatory outcome. Check what applies to you.

"current" and "routine changed since".

"current" means the routine hasn't changed since that confirmation. "routine changed since" means there is a newer version they haven't confirmed yet.

Export.

"Export CSV" on paid plans — every receipt as a spreadsheet file.
