Signing in without a password

How it works.

Type your email on the sign-in page and press "Email me a link". We send one email with a button and a six-digit code. Press the button on the device you read the email on, or type the code on the device you started from. Both work for one hour and once. The same email creates your account the first time.

The email hasn't arrived.

Look in spam or promotions. Check the address you typed. Wait a couple of minutes — it usually arrives within seconds, but some mail servers hold it. Then press "Email me a link" again. If nothing arrives after that, write to hello@tiendo.co from the same address.

The code didn't work.

Codes last one hour and work once. If the link in the same email was already used, the code is spent too. Ask for a new email.

"Too many attempts."

More than eight sign-in emails in ten minutes from one address pauses it. Wait ten minutes.

Signing in on your phone.

Under the account menu, "Open on your phone" shows a code. Point your phone camera at it: it signs you in there and opens the recorder. Don't share that code — it is your own sign-in.
